 Rochelle and Alan, (Fontes & Phillips) have been involved in the wine industry for 34 cumulative years. Alan started his winemaking career in Napa Valley in 1976 and his career spanned 18 years there with S. Anderson, Monticello and numerous other prestigious brands. Rochelle developed a career in wine compliance and accounting. In 1998, they moved to Santa Ynez to help Bill Foley launch Foley Estates and LinCourt Vineyards. In 2008, they released the first of their own wines under the Fontes & Phillips label. Each wine is handcrafted and sourced from a single vineyard of high renown. Even the bottling and finishing of the package is done by hand. Each bottle is personally labeled by Alan and Rochelle with pewter hand crafted labels from South America.Due to State prohibitions, Fontes and Phillips Wines can legally ship wine to Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico and Washington DC.
