2008 Rosé
Affectionately referred to as "Panky", which means anything that's really cool, this is a classic Rosé made from equal parts of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah from Camp 4 Vineyards in Santa Ynez. Grapes are harvested at 22.5° Brix with firm acidity and ph, then whole cluster pressed to limit extract and color, and preserve the natural vibrancy of the grapes. It is stainless steel fermented without malolactic and bottled in December following harvest.
